- Building credible relationships with customers, sales and customer service teams for respective country
- Contact customers and request payment date on overdue invoices (reminder emails, collection calls)
- Answering incoming inquiries on customer overdue account status from customers and sales
- Decide on release of credit blocked orders and credit limits according to decision matrix
- Conduct risk assessments for customers following internal guidelines
- Co-operation with third party collection agencies and legal departments on debtors
- Conduct regular reporting
Your skills
- Advanced knowledge of English and French language is required
- Secondary education with leaving examination (University degree is welcome)
- Economical background is an advantage
- Previous experience with SAP and MC Excel is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet expected deadlines
- Customer orientation, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focus on details and analytical thinking
