- Integration of new products in the e-shop: collection of relevant assets, upload in PIM, DAM and internal systems
- Ensure consistent implementation and good consumer experience on the product detail page
- Close cooperation with the Activation Manager to drive traffic to e-shop and improve key KPIs (number of purchases, average order quantity)
- Alignment with Customer Service Team on customer requests
- Monitor and measure site performance on Google Analytics
- Implement content optimizations on the e-shop (e.g. setup and maintain FAQ page)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain Management) and external stakeholders (Fulfillment Partner) for stock management
- Align with internal and external partners for realization of new technical functionalities
- Monitor competitor and web sales trends and present new concepts to internal stakeholders
Your skills
- Fluent English (written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
- Proven experience in an E-commerce or operations role (discussed at the interview)
- Proactive character that takes ownership, hands-on mentality
- Highly analytical and results-driven mindset
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint
- Knowledge in SAP, PIM is a plus
