- Market screening for planned tender / price benchmark
- Preparation of bidding guidelines for tender or auction
- Utilization of SAP system
- Purchasing tools and correlated tasks, e.g. review of existing contracts and their maintenance
- Administration of supplier agreements
- Preparation of various Purchasing reports and presentations
- Pro-active and ad-hoc management of Purchase-to-Pay issues
- Digitalization of Purchase-to-Pay processes, e.g. Purchase Orders send via SAP Ariba platform
- Operational management of sustainability campaigns
- Tail-end suppliers management
- Support in other activities held by local Purchasing
Your skills
- University student
- Fluent English and Slovak/Czech
- Intermediate / upper-intermediate level of MS Excel
- SAP Ariba platform experience is beneficial
- Analytical thinking, sense for data accuracy
- Strong in judgement
- Self-reliant person, able to handle situations under time pressure
