Your role

  • Market screening for planned tender / price benchmark
  • Preparation of bidding guidelines for tender or auction
  • Utilization of SAP system
  • Purchasing tools and correlated tasks, e.g. review of existing contracts and their maintenance
  • Administration of supplier agreements
  • Preparation of various Purchasing reports and presentations
  • Pro-active and ad-hoc management of Purchase-to-Pay issues
  • Digitalization of Purchase-to-Pay processes, e.g. Purchase Orders send via SAP Ariba platform
  • Operational management of sustainability campaigns
  • Tail-end suppliers management
  • Support in other activities held by local Purchasing

Your skills

  • University student
  • Fluent English and Slovak/Czech
  • Intermediate / upper-intermediate level of MS Excel
  • SAP Ariba platform experience is beneficial
  • Analytical thinking, sense for data accuracy
  • Strong in judgement
  • Self-reliant person, able to handle situations under time pressure
