Sourcing Hub concentrates E2E Sourcing management and Purchasing strategy execution. Performed activities include: market screening, e-sourcing, direct negotiations with suppliers on prices and contracts, decision making on supplier onboarding / delisting & category specific tasks. Sourcing Hub splits into Adhesive Technologies, Beauty & Laundry Care, Indirect materials & Services and Logistics clusters to reflect dedication to the business units.

Your role

You will be responsible for the purchasing of direct raw materials in categories waterbased acrylics and silicones for European region for Adhesives Business Unit. This includes global responsibility for certain materials. You will:

  • Independently drive and execute projects in the respective area
  • Execute sourcing events, negotiate the terms and contract new or existing suppliers
  • Identify and implement best business partnerships
  • Align and cooperate with Supply Chain, contributing towards overall operational excellence
  • Challenge and enrich the Categories' objectives, goals, and strategies with own inputs
  • Meet short, mid, and long-term financial targets and any risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with Process Owner in designing automations and process improvements
  • Advise the teams with expertise and experience

Your skills

We are looking for a team player with proactive approach and will to develop in a fast-paced environment of purchasing. Onboarding, soft and hard skills training are assured, but in the meantime, we expect:

  • Purchasing experience of min. 3 years
  • Negotiation and communication skills on a great level
  • Independent and self-organized personality
  • Focus on priority setting and determination to succeed
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong Excel (pivots, functions)
  • English on a confident communicative level
