- Working with some of the most powerful social media management tools such as Sprinklr or Facebook Business Manager
- Supporting both global and local teams with listenings, performance reportings
- Performing social media administration and troubleshooting on the platform
- Handling user administration and licence management
- Supporting other users from around the globe and onboard them on how to use the tool
- You would be the key responsible assuring all the social media accounts work smoothly
- Supporting with our digital asset management tool
Your skills
- Fluent English (written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
- Proven experience in social media management (discussed at the interview)
- Know-how in tracking and understanding KPI results and how to enhance them
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager & SoMe Tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite will help you with faster onboarding to the position
- Self-organization and reliability (you will handle projects independently)
