- First level support on training related questions
- Coordination of training sessions with involved parties (participants, business partners, training providers, hotels)
- Administration of trainings in internal learning platform
- Financial processing of trainings
- Reporting on learning activities
Your skills
- Advanced level (fluent in oral and writing) of German and English language
- Organizing skills, very good communication and partnership skills
- Open minded with the capability to work flexibly within a team
- Open to work in an intercultural environment with customers in different countries
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
