- Responsible for the purchasing of indirect materials & services
- Execute sourcing events, negotiate and contract new or existing suppliers in line with the global strategy of the purchasing
- Challenge and enrich the purchasing objectives, goals and strategies, including all short, mid and long-term financial targets and any risk mitigation strategies
- Define and manage selected supplier portfolio; select suppliers; establish strategic supplier relationship where appropriate and manages it accordingly
- Align with local and regional purchasing teams the implementation of global strategy, support the local and regional purchasing within project implementation
- Independent project lead and project management of global as well as local sourcing projects including alignment with internal stakeholder and external supplier
- Conduct periodical risk assessment and design and manage adequate countermeasures for selected spend
Your skills
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing of services for a global company
- Master Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Purchasing
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Very good stakeholder management
- Creative mindset
- Focus on process improvements and problem solving
