Your role
- Complete ownership over recruitment process, from hiring requisition to offer management
- Main contact point for hiring managers and candidates for all recruitment related topics
- Close collaboration with HR Business Partners and other business colleagues, as well as personnel agencies
- Work with online as well as offline professional recruitment tools, for communication and proper administration
- Involvement in local employer branding activities
Your skills
- Minimum 2 years work experience in active Recruitment is a must
- Advanced level of Slovak and English is a must, other language is very welcome
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, mainly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Highly partnership oriented, strong in communication and negotiation
- Open-minded, friendly and polite, able to adapt quickly
- Previous experience from multicultural environment is an advantage
