Your role
We are seeking for an Excel experienced professional with programming skills interested in development in purchasing department. Your main target will be to develop next generation tools.
- Support the purchasing KAM Team in global digital projects, lead the selected projects and aid data-driven decision-making
- Build logic and visuals within the value chain of direct materials
- Develop new tools for global Adhesives purchasing team
- Work closely with the data scientists to build and test new data models
- Boost team performance to apply disruptive technologies through innovation in digital data science
- Collect data, connect the sources, check the output and visualize the output through dashboards and reports
- Purchasing support to category Tailend_Raw – aid the complexity reduction of Henkel supplier base, manage and automatize global price requests with global stakeholders, develop new template/tool for category Tailend_Raw, support the category according to the guidance of the Category team lead
Your skills
- Fluent English
- Strong knowledge in MS Excel & MS PowerBI (or similar)
- Advanced skills in formulas, data modelling, data cube creation, programming experience (i.e. Python) are advantageous
- Analytical skills
- Reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently
- Project management skills are advantageous
- Purchasing experience is advantageous
