- Support with research projects to uncover and understand consumer needs and behavior and market trends
- Helping with preparation of desk research by searching, collecting, consolidating and analyzing existing internal or external data
- Support with execution of social media listening by building research queries in digital analytical tools
- Assistance with documenting learnings into PowerPoint decks utilizing storytelling and engaging visualization
- Ad-hoc projects support & other administrative tasks
Your skills
- College education/ student of business-related studies in Marketing, Market Research, Sociology, Psychology or Communication
- Fluency in spoken and written English (B2)
- Skilled user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Passion and interest for social media (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook, blogs, forums, consumer reviews)
- Ability to find meaning in data, separate relevance from noise and turn data into stories
- Comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Creativity, curiosity and openness for new subjects and methods
- Communication skills, collaborative and team-oriented personality
