Your role

  • Posting of supplier invoices and taking care about posted documents until they are prepared for payment
  • Communication with local partners, suppliers in case of missing information, errors or issues for Russian speaking countries
  • Resolving queries in regard to value deviations of invoices or credit notes
  • Handling vendor calls, claims and dunning letters
  • Processing of vendor balance reconciliations
  • Following the standard procedures and country specifics

Your skills

  • University student, preferably of Economics/Accounting/Business
  • Knowledge of English language on a communicative level and of Russian language at least on an intermediate level (in written and verbal form)
  • Accounting knowledge and interest to use it at work
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and team player
