- Posting of supplier invoices and taking care about posted documents until they are prepared for payment
- Communication with local partners, suppliers in case of missing information, errors or issues for Russian speaking countries
- Resolving queries in regard to value deviations of invoices or credit notes
- Handling vendor calls, claims and dunning letters
- Processing of vendor balance reconciliations
- Following the standard procedures and country specifics
Your skills
- University student, preferably of Economics/Accounting/Business
- Knowledge of English language on a communicative level and of Russian language at least on an intermediate level (in written and verbal form)
- Accounting knowledge and interest to use it at work
- Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and team player
