- Drive the digital transformation within our department by identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization, introducing innovative solutions.
- Organize process mining, idea generation and workshops
- Gate keeper of QMF and GDPR with our department
- Steer global and regional projects (prepare presentations for management or other project meetings, project controlling and planning, managing of requests from different stakeholders and involved project members, track project progress, manage issues and reports project progress, produce accurate and timely reporting of project status)
Your skills
- Graduated in Finance, Economy is preferable
- 1-2 years’ experience in project management is required
- Finance background is considered a differentiation
- Proactive, resilient, positive approach and open minded and know how to cope with pressure environment
- Experience in managing Global projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Active English language, written and spoken, is mandatory
- Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, self-drive
- Team player, communicative and open minded
