To the team of Social Media coordinators in Bratislava, we are looking for a fresh wind to help us get the best out of YouTube platform for Henkel. Be the one to help implementing the strategy, maintain the stream, monitor, and even increase the channel performance with your own passion in this social media. As YouTube Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will have a reach on:
As YouTube Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will have a reach on:
- Steering of the global YouTube channels of Schwarzkopf professional, Authentic Beauty Concept, INDOLA & STMNT, General maintenance
- Setting up channel playlist structure, uploading videos, integration of subtitles
- SEO optimization, keyword search (e.g., with VidIQ, Google Trends, TubeBuddy)
- Live event coordination (access management, assuring a smooth streaming)
- Interlinking between videos, playlists, and external pages to support the user experience
- Community management (build 1-on-1 and 1-to-many relationships between audience and the brand, boost customer interactions, conversations and sales)
Your skills
We are ready to provide everything you need for onboarding and your further professional, financial and personal development with us. To make it effective and the start easier, we expect you to have:
- Proven experience in social media management
- Fluent English (written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
- Know-how in SEO optimization in social media
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager & SoMe Tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite will help you with faster onboarding to the position
- Affinity for digital trends with clear goal to enhance the KPI results
- Self-organization and reliability (you will handle projects independently)
