* Decide on release of credit blocked orders and credit limits according to decision matrix
- Conduct risk assessments for customers, regular follow up of credit limits and risk categories
- Track, analyze, optimize and supervise on account receivables and collection activities
- Manage third party collection agencies and legal affairs relating to debtors
- Conduct regular reporting
- Accounts Receivables (A/R) Management on customer accounts
- Proactive contacting of customers on open A/R positions (reminder letters, collection calls)
- Answering incoming inquiries on customer account status from customers and sales
- Co-operation with Customer Services, Incoming payments and local Sales team for respective country
Your skills
- Advanced knowledge of English language is required
- Secondary education with leaving examination (University degree is welcome)
- Economical background is an advantage
- Advanced in MS Excel
- Previous experience with SAP
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Customer orientation, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focus on details and analytical thinking
