- Daily communication with suppliers (external) regarding project ReMap
- Active follow-up until requests are fulfilled
- Proactive support of external and internal partners
- Organization of the meetings regarding project details, preparation of agenda, acting as the leader
- Summarize the feedback received and provide clear requests about next steps
- Monthly reporting for escalation or status reporting
- Liaison between GBS+ and Purchasing Categories - Drive optimization/automatization of processes
Your skills
- English language on an active level
- Good communication and convincing skills, excellent stakeholder management, strong coordination/organizational skills
- Passion for processes - minimum of 1 year work experience with data sets, data management, data analysis
- Analytical skills
- MS Excel on advanced level, knowledge of VBA considered as advantage
- Purchasing background and SAP knowledge are nice to have
