• Schwarzkopf SalonLab App Implementation Coordinator: https://www.salonlab-server.de/en-GB/
• Coordinate all localization-related milestones for markets
• Coordinate with countries for app, legal documents and website contents, including preparation of markdown documents for the development teams
• Liaise with legal teams to ensure that all data protection-related requirements are met for any changes in the ecosystem
• Asset and Product Information Management for SalonLab on Adobe Experience Manager
• Act as a dispatcher for all customer support incidents by working closely with Iconmobile, Henkel dx and Schwarzkopf Professional teams
• Support in setting up a holistic customer support strategy for B2B2C, ensuring a consistent communication and engagement approach across all platforms
• Lead QA for all releases of the SalonLab experience by working with development teams

Your skills
• University/College degree, ideally in Business, Communication, Marketing or IT
• Fluency in English is a MUST + German language is a big advantage
• Prior work experience in customer-facing role is a plus
• Interest in the hairdressing industry as well as beauty products and services
• Strong organization as well as interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Adobe Experience Manager and confluence is a plus)
• Knowledge of agile development is a plus
• Willing to grow into new projects and roles
• Fluency in English is a MUST + German language is a big advantage
• Prior work experience in customer-facing role is a plus
