- In this position you take the Business Controlling responsibility for our Beauty Care Professional Business
- You will take care of reporting, planning and forecasting activities with focus on simulations and analysis
- You interact with various colleagues in the business to provide recommendations for improving the financial performance and operational excellence
- You will handle data analytics and contribute to the Digital Transformation in Finance
- You will play a key role in the optimization and automation of finance activities
- Interaction with local and regional Finance team and involvement in local/regional/global projects
Your skills
- Excellent university degree with focus on Controlling/Finance/Data scientist
- Strong interest and skills in digital applications and experience in programming (e.g. DAX, VBA, …)
- Interest and first experience in data analytics / data science (BI, Big Data, AI)
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite knowledge with profound skills in Excel
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Ambitious and driving personality willing to learn continuously
- Motivated team player with high emotional intelligence
- Interest and mobility to work abroad in some 2-5 years
