• Support directly the Digital Marketing Team in the GBS+ Bratislava with multiple digital marketing related activities.
• Coordinate the localization/adaptation process for global digital campaigns – being the intermediary between global brand managers, agencies, graphic designers and local markets
• Ensure a smooth flow of the process by collecting and processing multiple inputs from all involved parties
• Daily communication with local and global market representatives (e-mails, chat, calls)
• Regular tracking of the global and local localization process
• Upload and maintenance of assets in our Digital Asset Management portal (DAM)
• Support with Social Media channels management (Upload YouTube Videos, User Management, buyouts tracking, etc.)
• Other ad-hoc and administrative tasks

Your skills
• University or college education in (digital) marketing /communication is an advantage
• Fluency in English language (verbal and written) is a MUST
• Working experience in the area of Digital Marketing is an advantage
• Good knowledge of standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Energetic and driving attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English language (verbal and written) is a MUST
• Working experience in the area of Digital Marketing is an advantage
• Good knowledge of standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
