• Create new & modify existing pages on the Henkel intranet and SharePoint
• Publish and update data & information on the intranet portal and SharePoint
• Ensure proper data and information quality on Corporate Communications steered intranet pages
• Intranet website performance reporting & analysis
• Interpretation and quality control of reports, special, quantitative and qualitative analyses & recommendation
• DAM (digital asset database) assets upload
• Social Media Management: YouTube video uploads, Sprinklr publishing - planning, preparation and execution of content for digital channels.
• Henkel Hive Support – Generation of daily/monthly reports, creation of broadcasts/newsletters/posts and members addition.
• Ad-hoc graphic / design work (Photoshop is a big plus)

Your skills
• University or college education in marketing (digital) is an advantage
• Fluent and advanced level of English language is a MUST
• Good attitude towards work and proactivity
• Detail-oriented, responsible and responsive person
• Curious and willing to learn

• Experience with Web Editing or Social Media Management tools is an advantage
