Your role

  • Supporting international marketing Brand Managers on global, regional and local level
  • Ordering marketing materials and services upon brand managers requests via internal tool (mainly creating purchase orders)
  • Budgets steering in order to provide accurate budget overview for brand managers (identifying unclear / missing positions, provides invoices and cost estimates for unknown costs)
  • Preparing data for posting corrections
  • Supporting managers in Headquarter and country branches with ad-hoc requests
  • Close cooperation with other departments within the company such purchasing, controlling and finance team

Your skills

  • University / High school education
  • English language on advanced level
  • Previous working experience in business administration is an advantage
  • Communication and interpersonal skills – customer service approach with ability to interact with contacts at all levels
  • Interest to learn new things, innovative approach
  • Team player
  • Position is suitable for fresh graduates
