Your role

Managing user and tool support (SAP system, Ariba)
Involvement in Ariba tool implementation and hypercare support
Tickets & Email handling (preferred handing via SNOW tool)
Active external and internal communication
Ad hoc activities related to order processing & Ariba tool implementation

Your skills

University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
Knowledge of English & Russian language on an active level is a MUST
Good knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Strong communication skills
Customer service approach with ability to work in an international team
Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
