Community Coordinator performs as an internal service provider for the Henkel digital operations organization as well as global, regional and local digital leads by monitoring & engaging on social media channels.
• Build 1:1 relationship with community via authentic communication and engagement on Instagram and Facebook via liking, commenting, quickly answering questions, direct messages etc.
• Proactively engage in further conversation and get to know followers and turn them into brand advocates
• Connect with engaged followers and go deep by going through profile and for personalized product recommendations and local availability
• Comment on tagged posts and stories by communities, especially of Brand Influencers and re-share their stories
• Derive community insights to the countries and relevant Brand teams that can lead to relevant rationales for product development

Your skills
• Degree level education – Digital Marketing, Social Media Management with 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at a digital agency or consumer goods manufacturer, with a focus on social media and content creation, or customer service
• Great spoken & written English and Spanish with copywriting skills + extra other languages welcome (DE, FR, RU, TR)
• Has in-depth understanding & experience working on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and social media management/publishing tools like Sprinklr
• A true digital native who is passionate, positive, love to approach people very openly – online and offline
• An individual who can represent Henkel brands trustworthily and authentically
• A sensitive individual who has excellent communication skills and can adapt on brand tonalities
• A natural networker, fast thinker, solution oriented and creative in finding solutions
• A team player who has knowledge of agility as well as of main principles of successful online communities, and understanding of organizational frameworks
• Great spoken & written English and Spanish with copywriting skills + extra other languages welcome (DE, FR, RU, TR)
