Your role

At the earliest date possible Henkel Adhesives for Consumers and Craftsmen is looking for a highly motivated University Student to strengthen our Innovation Management team in Bratislava.

If you aspire a career in an international company, the role as Innovation Process Coordinator is an excellent way to get familiar with the daily activities of the Innovation management department, learn about the innovation and product development process of Henkel Adhesive Technologies and get confident in your communication and presentation skills.

  • Daily cooperation with colleagues from Innovation Project Management, Product Development and Marketing from all over the world
  • Support the project managers in the day-to-day application of the innovation process (Adhesive Development Process)
  • Provide support to the Innovation development process manager in giving training and developing guidelines & standards on how to work in the Innovation process management tool
  • Support with project, process and portfolio reporting including the creation of reports in MS Excel
  • Creating presentations in MS PowerPoint

Your skills

  • University student preferably in Business Management / Marketing/ Engineering / Science / Chemistry
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business acumen
  • MS Excel skills (basic pivot tables) as well as good knowledge of MS PowerPoint
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced level of communication in English (oral & written)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
