* Min. salary for Controller is 1600 EUR gross & Min. salary for Senior Controller is 2000 EUR gross. Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.

- Providing the business with financial leadership, governance and support with financial information
- Financial reporting, planning and forecasting including simulations and analysis
- Interacting with various functions of the business and challenging top management to provide recommendations for improving the financial performance and operational excellence
- Cooperating with local and regional Finance team and involvement in local/regional/global projects
- Taking care of compliance and governance ensuring the correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of Financial Reporting
Your skills
- University degree with focus on Controlling/Finance, Accounting or a similar subject
- Strong finance skills with 3-5 years of practical experience in the field of Controlling
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office with focus on advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience in digital controlling based on latest trends (BI, Big Data, AI) is advantageous
- Fluent English and Slovak language skills (spoken & written) are a must
- Ambitious and driving personality with excellent analytical, communication & presentation skills
- Business-oriented attitude with ability to analyze problems and identify solutions
- Motivated team player with high emotional intelligence willing to learn continuously
