- Administration and steering of Short term Incentives (STI -> yearly performance bonus system) for managers in Adhesive Technologies business unit
- Involvement in setting up of appropriate KPIs, team target settings and calculation of eventual target achievements
- Processing and consolidation of various large data-sets within MS Excel environment
- Calculation of provisions based on financial forecasts - Intense interchange of information with HR department and Regional Controlling teams
- Ad-hoc analyses
