- Managing order processing activities
- Working with SAP, Ariba, Proweb systems and ServiceNow ticketing tool
- Order confirmatation processing
- Maintenance of purchase orders and material info records
- Tickets handling (PO changes required via SNOW)
- Active external and internal communication
- Ad hoc activities related to order processing
Your skills
- Knowledge of English language on an active level is a MUST
- Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly MS Excel)
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service approach with ability to work in an international team
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
