- Join global and diverse Supplier Innovation team supporting Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies Business Unit
- Continuously communicate with internal and external stakeholders from Purchasing, Innovation or Business functions
- Ensure internal alignment on supplier strategy between Purchasing and Innovation departments
- Drive reporting activities for Supplier Innovation and Supplier Management Program
- Jointly with colleagues, run Supplier Innovation projects & strategic initiatives
- Set up and lead internal insight & knowledge management
- Contribute to organization of the annual supplier event
- Continuously develop your skills in the areas of purchasing, innovation and project management
Your skills
- Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry / Business Chemistry (advantage), Business or similar
- Basic knowledge of chemical industry, innovation management, open innovation concepts and processes is preferable
- Profound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of other MS Office applications
- Fluent English language skills
- Motivated and team-oriented person with the ability to work at a high level of independency
- Quick learner interested to further develop career in supplier innovation or purchasing
