- Supporting of HR Applications following agreed SLA’s and quality standards
- Configuration and customization of SAP HCM functionality in compliance with customer requirements
- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyzing issues and upcoming changes provided by the SAP
- Support the technical solution design to close existing reporting gaps
- Document operations of HCM applications
Your skills
- SAP HCM consultant experience 1-2 years OR relevant SAP HR experience 2-3 years
- Training in SAP HR PA, OM, TM, T&E, *Workflows, Fiori, ABAP Basics
- Further experience as advantage ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, ITIL awareness
