Your role

  • HR data entry and maintenance (e.g. hiring, create personal number, enter employees personal data, changes like maternity leave, transfer to new department)
  • Answer employee’s questions on all personnel administration topics also including research in our database or with HR colleagues in the different countries
  • Create job letters, certificates, contracts, regular reports for employees, their managers or the respective HR Key account manager
  • They are in daily contact with employees, former employees, line managers, HR colleagues in HR SSC and in the different Henkel locations
  • Support in all activities that are held by local HR department

Your skills

  • University student of bachelor degree
  • Fluent in English language
  • Good level of PC skills (MS Office)
  • Ensuring integrity and accuracy of data
  • Open-minded person with the capability to work flexibly in an intercultural environment
  • Self-reliant person who can handle situations under time pressure
  • Communicative and pro-active in reporting back status of tasks
