Your role

  • Administrative support in HR processes
  • Responsible for 2 main outputs: Documents and SAP maintenance:
  • Creation of job letters, contracts and ad-hoc documents for employees, managers and HR Business Partners
  • Preparation of onboarding materials in case of hiring
  • Daily communication with HR Business Partners, employees and managers and other departments (e.g. Payroll)

Your skills

  • Fluent German and English is required
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation
  • Interest to learn new things, innovative approach
  • Open-minded person with the capability to work flexibly in an intercultural environment with customers from different countries
  • Team player with good verbal and written communication skills
