Your role

Credit Management Support is responsible for credit risk evaluation and related credit management tasks for small and mid-sized customers across Europe in order to minimize the impact of potential financial losses to Henkel
Credit risk assessment and monitoring of the customer portfolio
Credit limit calculation for newly created customers
Credit Management master data maintenance
Order release activities
Creation of credit management reporting
Co-operation with Customer Services, A/R Management and local Sales team across all businesses for a respective country

Your skills

Secondary education with leaving examination, university degree is welcome
Economic background is an advantage
Italian and English language on an advanced level, other language a plus
Customer orientation, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Focus on details, analytical skills, determination to succeed
Organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Active team player
