Your role

Supervision of the internal support process: assigned to correct team / with-in defined service level / in correct status
Keeping track of all tickets raised by our internal customers and their correct assignment
Communication with our internal customers
Coordination of troubleshooting activities with 3rd party support partners (in case of major incidents also outside standard working hours)
Creation of reports based on tracked ticket data
Maintenance of technical documentation
You will gain an experience in operating robust leading technologies-based infrastructure – Genesys SIP server, Genesys Contact center, Audiocodes SBC, Service-Now
You will learn concepts of Enterprise-grade Multi-channel Contact center solution operates on
Standard working hours: 8am to 5pm Bratislava time

Your skills

University degree in IT field is welcome, but not mandatory
Experience in support service delivery supported by the Service-Now tool (or other ITSM ticketing tool), but not mandatory
Understanding of Data Networking, IP Telephony, Web server infrastructure
Basic troubleshooting skills in mentioned areas
Direct and honest in all communication and feedback
Customer service orientation
Active verbal and written communication skills in English language
Strong attention to detail, self-motivated and hungry for knowledge
Basic usage skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
