- Posting of all incoming invoices for 3rd party suppliers (e-Invoicing, Excel uploads)
- Taking care about posted invoices until ready for payment - Initiate change related to vendor master data
- Creation of payment proposal
- Goods receipt / Invoice receipt account maintenance
- Dunning letters handling, tickets/ e-mails processing – direct contact to vendor
- Processing of vendor balance reconciliations
- Checking of special reports (double posting check report, R-Block report, VDB check, down-payment clearing check, POT report, etc.)
Your skills
- University education preferably in a related field to finance, suitable also for fresh graduates but previous experience in this field is an advantage
- Knowledge of English language at least on intermediate level, Serbian language on Intermediate level
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills and a high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
- Interest to work in an international team and constantly improve processes
