- Coordinate translation with external language professionals / core suppliers
- Plan, schedule and monitor translation projects
- Coordinate quality checks on translated files with marketing, product management and technical staff
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, language professionals and colleagues to ensure high quality translated materials
- Accurately input and extract data into and from Trados / SDL Trados
- Creation of purchase orders
- Respond in a timely and professional manner to queries concerning translations
- Assist in harmonization and other ad-hoc projects
Your skills
- University or College education in (Digital) Marketing / Communication is an advantage
- Active level of English language is a must
- Experience in Trados / SDL Trados (or any other CAT tool) is a must
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Work experience in digital marketing is an advantage
- Intermediate Excel skills
- User skills of MS Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Initiative and inner drive to bring things forward and strong, pro-active communication
