- Daily contact with German native speakers – (consumers, business partners)
- Dealing with incoming consumer inquiries (via e-mail, telephone) according to predefined topics
- Processing of issues concerning product appearance, performance, packaging, material damage, etc., as well as advice on the use of the product
- Collecting consumer feedback and entering data in applications
- Dynamic and varied field of work in which there is no routine
- Pleasant and reliable team that always supports you

- Do you speak perfect German and have experience in communication with native speakers?
