Your role

  • Supporting the International Marketing Unit, Regional Marketing Unit for CEE and Local Brand Managers from FR, DE, AT, RU and NA in coordinating the product innovation process.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and departments from supported countries (Marketing, Research and Development, Legal, Design Agency and others) involved in the innovation process.
  • Coordinating global marketing innovation projects from idea to launch.
  • Coordinating the product labels creation (Artworks) from initial information gathering to printing.
  • Responsibility for keeping track of the timing, reminding stakeholders to deliver their input, active communication and active steering of improvements within the team.
  • Escalations of issues to the International, Regional and Local Marketing Unit.

Your skills

  • University education.
  • At least one year of previous working experience (administration, marketing, coordination etc.).
  • Active level of English language (verbal and written) is a must - communication with international stakeholders and stakeholders from CEE countries, DE, AT, RU, NA on daily basis.
  • Knowledge of standard office applications
  • Analytical thinking, energetic and driving attitude, autonomy
  • Process and detail oriented personality with strongly developed sense for prioritization, time management and multi-tasking
  • High Level of communication, interpersonal skills, proactivity and goal orientation.
