Your role

  • Daily cooperation with local colleagues and native speakers from local country
  • Taking steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
  • Pricing related processes
  • Great opportunity to learn a lot about the processes in the area of Customer Service
  • Customer Master Data maintenance in system (general data of the customer, bank data, sales related data)
  • Teamwork – strong cooperation

Your skills

  • University student
  • Active knowledge of English language (at least on an intermediate level) and knowledge of Greek language is great advantage but not required
  • Customer orientation, performance motivation
  • A self-starter who takes initiative
  • Ability to work independently and also within a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
