What we offer

  • Planning & scheduling of meetings, video/phone conferences, calendar management
  • Reporting support, data collection from various sources
  • SharePoint administration (teamsites)
  • Management of office equipment and service
  • Organization and coordination of company and CSR events
  • E-mails management and coordination
  • Communication with external companies


Who we are looking for

  • Advanced level of English(verbal and written form) as English is a business language
  • Professional user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, creative, flexible, accurate and reliable person with ability to prioritize and multitask when needed
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Will to learn and use common sense
  • Someone who aims to cooperate long term
