- Planning and scheduling of European transports at minimal costs considering business and legal rules as well as capacity utilization
- Carrier assignments and follow-up
- Ensuring communication to local transport coordinator during planning process
- Follow-up with carrier in case of non-closed Proof of Deliveries (POD)
- Reviewing and proposing of improvements on transport planning scope
- Cooperating with other departments to ensure the quality of master data and customer satisfaction

Your skills
- University/College degree with relevant background
- Active level of English language is a must
- Position is also suitable for fresh graduates
- Experience in the area of transport planning, logistics, freight forwarding would be an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel would be an advantage
- Reliable, communicative, positive, quick learner with attention to detail, analytical thinking and good problem solving ability
- Motivated team player, willing to learn and continuously work on increasing the expertise in the area of transport planning
