Your role
- Managing order processing activities (raising and tracking orders, order confirmation, collecting and comparing offers)
- Communication with suppliers and colleagues from respective countries (CEE region) in case of errors, missing data or problems
- Resolving queries in regards to discrepancies of invoices or credit notes
- Supporting global Purchasing Organization in initiatives related to increase of efficiency (Purchase Order gatekeeping & Vendor gatekeeping)
- Constantly striving to improve the processes
- Using of foreign languages on daily basis
Your skills
- University education, fresh graduate or person with work experiences preferably in a related field to purchasing/management/business administration
- Knowledge of English language on intermediate or advanced level
- Previous administration or accounting experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills and a high service orientation, accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
