Your role

  • Coordination of price lists as well as checking adherence
  • Coordination of new article creation in internal systems including communication with all relevant departmentsand suppliers to ensure the smooth introduction of new articles or updates of existing articles
  • Quarterly analysis of price development for existing articles
  • Ensuring correct and timely maintenance of prices in SAP database
  • Responsible for resolving queries regarding value and price deviations of internal Henkel records, deviations between price lists, purchase orders and invoices or credit notes. Participating in the activities connected to correction of the above
  • Supporting Purchasing Community in initiatives related to the increase of efficiency, effectiveness and compliance
  • Participating in or leading projects with focus on standardizing and harmonizing of processes
  • Ensuring distribution of information to all internal and external stakeholders

Your skills

  • University education preferably in a related field to purchasing/management
  • Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
  • Fluent English is required and any other language is very welcome
  • Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required, SAP is an advantage
  • Communication skills and a high service orientation
  • Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in an international team
