Finance department support with French - part time (m/f)

What we offer

  • Creation of credit / debit notes based on given instructions and approval
  • Creation of rejection letters for unjustified claims
  • Logistic complaint investigation – creation of tickets to local Customer Service
via internal ticketing tool
  • Release of return deliveries based on alerts received via ticketing tool
  • Promo validations – preparation for release and ensure of timely release
  • Communication in French language with native speakers (mostly in written)

Who we are looking for

  • Secondary education with focus on finance and/or at least 1 year relevant experience is an advantage
  • Intermediate level of French language, intermediate level of English language is an advantage
  • Customer orientation, sense of accountability, flexibility, detail orientation
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, able to work in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to prioritize, accuracy and willingness to work with numbers
