Your role

Posting of supplier invoices and taking care about posted documents until they are prepared for payment
Correction of posted documents if needed, problem solving
Communication with local partners, suppliers in case of missing information, errors or issues
Handling vendor calls, claims and dunning letters
Processing of vendor balance reconciliations
Producing of daily situation reports
Error inbox processing

Your skills

University degree in economic/accounting area or business academy education is an advantage - position is suitable for fresh graduates
Knowledge of English language on a communicative level and of Russian at least intermediate level (in written and verbal form)
Accounting knowledge and interest to use it at work
Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
Team player with good communication skills
