Your role

Support (international) brand managers and/or project managers in coordinating the MMD process within product innovation proces
Keep track of the timing, remind stakeholders to deliver their input and to validate inputs
Participate and/or provide status update for regular and ad-hoc stakeholder meetings (incl. raising potential issues in quality and timeliness of the project)
Coordinate and/or lead complex specific tasks within the Innovation Process as aligned with the respective Business Partners

Your skills

University or College education
At least one year of previous working experience (administration, marketing, coordination etc.)
Active level of English language (verbal and written) is a must - communication with stakeholders on daily basis (phone/email)
Good command of Microsoft Office tools

Accuracy & attention to detail

Structured way of working with a flexible approach
Analytical thinking, energetic and driving attitude, independence, time management skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
