Your role

Monitoring, developing and implementing analytical solutions to support statistical forecasting
Executing continuous improvements tests and assessing the results and the recommended approach & preparing root / cause analysis reports, identifying and proposing the required conclusions
Monitoring the demand planner’s inputs to the statistical forecast process
Performing periodical fine tuning tasks to identify the best fit model by product / product cluster
Cooperation with regional management from supply chain area & daily work with top industry forecasting tools and market knowledge
Constant development of business knowledge in various areas inside Henkel Adhesives Technologies & possibilities for personal growth and increase of responsibilities

Your skills

Preferred university degree in a relevant field (Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics) or affinity to Mathematics
1-2 years of experience in predictive analytics will be an advantage for junior candidates & it is required from the senior candidates
Active level of English language (written & spoken)
Expert in MS Office - mainly in MS Excel
Very good analytical and modeling skills with the ability to manage and meet deadlines & multitask daily activities
Motivated team player, willing to learn & continuously work on increasing the expertise in the area of statistical forecasting and mathematical modelling
