The Laundry & Home Care business unit is the cornerstone of Henkel’s success story: It all started with a product from this business sector. For consumers around the world, our brand names have become an integral part of their daily lives. The Innovation Support team at SSC Bratislava supports the Regional Marketing Unit with various projects and is an active partner in coordinating marketing activities during the lifecycle of the product.

What we offer

  • Supporting the Regional Marketing Unit for CEE and Brand Managers from Germany and France in coordinating the product innovation process
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and departments from supported countries (Marketing, Research and Development, Legal, Design Agency and others) involved in the innovation process
  • Coordinating the product labels creation (Artworks) from initial information gathering to printing
  • Responsibility for keeping track of the timing, reminding stakeholders to deliver their input, active communication and active steering of improvements within the team
  • Escalations of issues to the Regional and Local Marketing Unit

Who we are looking for

  • University or College education
  • At least one year of previous working experience (administration, marketing, coordination etc.)
  • Active level of English language (verbal and written) is a must - communication with stakeholders from Germany, France, Austria and CEE countries on daily basis
  • Knowledge of standard office applications
  • Analytical thinking, energetic and driving attitude, autonomy
  • Process and detail oriented personality with strongly developed sense for prioritization, time management and multi-tasking
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, high level of proactivity and goal orientation
