The Business Controlling team based in the Shared Service Centre Bratislava acts as an internal service provider for the Finance organizations of the three business units (Adhesive Technologies, Laundry and Home Care, Beauty Care) within Henkel. By performing standard and ad-hoc analysis for internal clients we are supporting headquarter and regional hubs by quantitative and qualitative information, reports and services related to the financial statement of Henkel. Our team is highly utilizing multiple internal business systems to develop state of the art financial reporting for various fields like Supply Chain, Marketing, International Sales Controlling, etc.

What we offer

  • Assists IT projects with coordination through identifying core areas, triggering setup and providing knowledge on the Henkel IT organization and processes
  • Supports IT project managers and the team responsible for maintenance after the IT project is finished
  • Acts as the communication bridge between all stakeholders involved in IT projects ensuring all are aligned and have the same understanding and expectations
  • Moderates escalations and raises early warning alerts when activities are seen at risk
  • Identifies opportunities to improve current processes, achieves buy-in from internal and external parties and drives recommendations to a conclusion
  • Provides timely, concise, status communications, both written and oral - written reports and participates in regularly scheduled team meetings
  • Performs quality checks of adherence to the process and aims to trigger all activities on time
  • Ability to coordinate multiple IT projects of various size, scale and impact Extensive training will be provided


Who we are looking for

  • Project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate complex topics in simple ways
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Experience in either IT projects or IT operational roles is beneficial
  • Effective convincing and influencing skills
  • A grounding and interest in IT technology
  • Desire to work in dynamic and challenging environment

Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.
