- Social media management tool (Sprinklr) modules support
- Sprinklr accounts and groups configuration & management
- Sprinklr licenses approval & configuration
- Social media reporting
- Ad-hoc tasks and other administrative tasks
Your skills
- University or College education in (Digital) Marketing / Communication is an advantage
- Active level of English language is a MUST
- Work experience in digital marketing is an advantage
- Previous experience with social media management is a must
- Previous experience with a social media management tool is a plus
- User skills of MS Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Initiative and inner drive to bring things forward and strong, pro-active communication
- Ability to evaluate data and provide recommendation to top management
