Your role

Posting of supplier invoices and taking care about posted documents until they are prepared for payment
Correcting of posted documents if needed, problem solving
Communicating with local partners, suppliers in case of missing information, errors or issues
Handling vendor calls, claims and dunning letters
Processing of vendor balance reconciliations
Following the standard procedures and country specifics and constantly striving to process improvement
Producing of daily situation reports and error inbox processing

Your skills

University degree in economic/accounting area or business academy education
The position is suitable for fresh graduates
Knowledge of Russian language at least intermediate level (in written and verbal form), English language on a communicative level and Georgian language on intermediate level as advantage
Accounting knowledge and interest to use it at work
Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills and team player
