Controlling team is a part of Henkel’s Shared Service Center organization, providing a challenging and dynamic environment. We act as a first point of contact for local finance counterparts and deal with financial analysis, planning and ad hoc requests with focus on ensuring business continuity. Besides our daily activities, we have tackled global projects of system migration, implemented controlling processes improvements and took over several activities from Henkel’s local finance organizations. What we offer

  • You would be responsible for price variance/cost flow analysis (price calculation of our products, searching for reasons of deviations, taking preventive measures)
  • Profit and loss/balance sheet analysis and preparation for month end closing (searching for flaws/mistakes in profit and loss/balance sheet statements)
  • You will also cooperate with local counterparts on daily basis, providing explanation on financial figures, solving ad hoc requests
  • Be responsible for preparation/system set up of controlling modules in SAP
  • You will prepare various excel reports on daily or monthly basis
  • Prepare and deliver reports with key figures results to local FFR Controlling
  • You will have opportunity to work on projects (system/process improvements, automation)

Who we are looking for

  • University degree preferably Economics, with majors in Controlling/Finance/Accounting or similar field
  • Intermediate level of English language
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel (functions, pivot tables) and other MS Office tools
  • Usage of BI tools advantage
  • Analytical skills and solution oriented mind
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Reliability, drive and determination to succeed
